The Role HMR is seeking experienced Raisebore Drillers to join our mining team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate raiseboring rigs safely, efficiently, and with precision, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and production targets are met. Working as part of a skilled crew, you will manage rig operations, conduct maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with site setup and rig moves. Assist with site setup, rig moves, and other operational support tasks to maintain smooth workflow. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of drilling equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Achieve daily and project production targets while maintaining high safety and operational standards. Support team members and contribute to a safe, organised, and productive work environment. Qualifications / Requirements Proven experience operating r aisebore rigs in underground or surface mining projects Australian citizen or permanent resident Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance within 6 months First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain) White Card Manual Driver’s Licence Why HMR?
